I'm just sitting down to have a Sausage Egg & Cheese sandwich with Mayo.
I know alot of people put ketchup on their Egg Sandwichwes. I personally can't
stand ketchup on eggs. It actually makes me sick to my stomach.
I was just wondering what you wackbaggers put on your Eggs.
Plus I have no life and nothing much better to do.

I tried ketchup on an egg sandwich on an English muffin once, just out of curiosity. I prefer my own recipe. Toasted english muffin with a lil mozzarella on one side and a small peice of Anerican cheese on each side, respectively. Fry the egg after putting some black pepper in the frying pan 1st, with a little butter so it doesn't stick, and you have to make sure you flip the egg before it's done. Once you do that, turn off the stovetop and start the toaster.
That's one of the only 2 "recipes" I have :)

What's the other one?
Tuna sandwhich. Another "no biggie", but also goes on toasted bread, and is seasoned with a lil garlic, more basil and parsley and the most is oregano (personal preference dictates)
What the hell just happened? Why am I on this board discussing food preperation? :)
I don't really cook much, but I've just got a few things I know how to make well. Otherwise, I just go out to eat or order a pizza.

Egg (scrambled or over-easy), Scrapple, American Cheese, and Tabasco on "square Wonder bread."
If it's an egg salad sandwich - bacon and cayenne pepper.

No problemo. Sorry I didn't have anything more "mind boggling". I didn't claim to be a master chef, but I'm glad if I was able to help at all. :)

I never heard the term 'scrapple' so I looked it up
scrap·ple ( P ) Pronunciation Key (skrpl)
n.
A mush of ground pork and cornmeal that is set in a mold and then sliced and fried.
I think I may have to find myself some of that.

It's mainly a local thing. It's made up of pretty much all the shit that can't be served as ham, bacon, what have you. It's kind of like pig scraps.

Eggs are meant to be an ingredient, not a staple. IMO
And mayonaise is disgusting.

The thought of an eggs and mayo combo is enough to make me vomit.
I haven't eaten an egg in about 10 years.

Pork Roll, Egg, Cheese, and Potato with salt and ketchup on a hard roll.
There is a bagel shop in Bradley Beach that puts just about anything you want on an egg, one of my faves is a turkey egg and cheese with pepper and mayo on a salt bagel or cheddar jalopeno(sp) bagel.
anything else gets salt pepper ketchup.

I eat my egg sandwich with bacon, chicken fingers, french fries, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ketchup. It is called a Fat Moon at the trucks at Rutgers (heart medication sold separately).
ketchup is some of the nastiest shit.
Eggs are fried "over easy", Served with salt and pepper and scooped with toast.
On a sammich, you gotta have butter and mayo, maybe some cheese. Fried and on toast.
