My brother in law lives on King St. 15 blocks
from the WTC, and works in "7" which just came down. We spent all day frantically trying to reach them, and just got through. They're okay thank God. My thoughts and prayers for any family out there who can read this, who might be somehow involved.

Glad to hear you(DH) and everyone else is okay. Words cannot express the way I feel in my soul right now. This is the sickest feeling to have. The truth is I will never truly know what to feel about this. It was impossible trying to work today. I just had this feeling of complete and utter loss. I am priveledged not to have lost anyone personally in this tragic and disgusting act. But I can't help but feel like I have. I am not fully appreciating the fact that I have all my friends and family, because I know somewhere someone does not. Also when I see the death toll, it just rips my heart out. Once again God bless all the families and people who were victims in this tragedy. God bless you all.

This is the saddest day of my whole life. I can't even put into words how upset and depressed I am that someone or some group would think that this is the "right" thing to do. I'm so sorry for all the victims and their families.Esp the NYFD/NYPD etc.

Yeah my Pops is 56 and he wants in. He is a vet and he can't take this shit. He is one of those guys who blames all foriegners. He finally came back to his senses when he realized he had to go back to work for Japanese people.

I probably won't be drafted if a war starts. I am an only son. As you know they don't take a mother's only son. My mother thanks God for that. But I actually want to fight for my country. I told her if they won't take me I will go there and volunteer. She told me if I did that and went overseas to fight, she would not survive. So it looks like I won't be going. I love her too much and would not want her to go through it. My father on the otherhand wants me to go. I am conflicted, but I will choose my mothers wishes over his. He won't be happy, but I don't want to be the cause of my mothers problems.

Once again, We are only four days into this and there is still hope that there are survivors under all the wreckage. Everybody keep praying for these people and their families. Your prayers may make miracles happen. I swear if that was Satan's face in that cloud of smoke, God will do something to fight him. God be with you all. Keep praying.
