Jesus christ, Opie saying "Good Luck Bro" to Peter Jennings was one of the biggest laughs Ive had. I have no idea if Opie is stoned or just got really happy over the vacation, but he's been on fire with his stories lately.

I usually find myself relating and enjoy listening to a different member of the show each week. this past week opie really has had some good shit to say.

Opie giving Mr. Jennings a little pump of his cancer braceleted fist and hesitantly voicing his words of encouragement ... good luck bbbbbro ... has got to be one of the funniest f'in things I have ever heard. I wish I had video.

I was thinking about starting my own thread for this, but how about us wackbaggers try and show a little comedic talent of our own and come up with some other things that Opie could have said that may have been worse. Here are a couple.

"keep your chin up, Ol' About to be Bald"

"Enjoy the walk kids, Dad doesn't look like he'll be around much longer."

How about when Jennings came out in the public with the fact he has cancer, CNN (aka. clinton new network) nominated him for their person of the day segment for bringing awareness to cancer.

If I had cancer I wouldn't want some fucking numb nut recognizing me for my ability to bring awareness to the disease. I would much rather NOT HAVE THE DISEASE!!!

well if norton was there, u know he'd ask cancer-ridden Jennings for a picture...it would be his last chance. With his awful weak chin tapping on his fragile shoulder "....pete?"

I think you're full of shit. I submit that you did not in fact spit coffee all over your cube. I demand that you either post a picture of your coffee-soaked cube wall or recant the above statement and admit that you are full of shit.

I'll admit that it was a well-timed call back to the Regan bit, but it was hardly content so unexpected and knee-slappingly funny as to cause an actual spit take.

Best possible thing he could have said to PJ: "Thoughts and Prayers"

that would be great if Anthony said in the Danza voice...

"Hey Pete, at least it's not AIDS."

"I've been looking for an apartment, so, ummm...."

"Enjoy a Lucky Strike."
