Man, listening to very old O&A is weird. Back before they had the sound settings the way they like it. It sounds like they had a replacement Opie, like on a sitcom. Now I really want to hear Spuds.

i think he was secretly 11-year old gary. which is why they never went to an Islanders game together. which meant no Lad Bag for opie.

What a call back, I would hope Opie was not 11-yr old gary, That would be like a HOO HOO bit.....But thinkning about it, I can see how that would make perfect sense....HEY!!!

when i listen to some of the bits off demented world and even early WNEW stuff, i'm amazed at how far they've come. like opie's voice, the entire show has so much more depth and maturity to it. :crash:

11 Yeear old Gary, wow I have not though of him since the old days.
What would he be now 14 or 15. I would like to hear from him now to see how bad his life has gone. Drugs, crime, Gay ... all because Opie did not take him to the hockey game.
