Let the weak-minded hippy liberals say "the death penalty is inhumane" now. It's more than likely this waste of flesh will sit rotting in prison... Eating 3 meals a day, getting therapy, medication, etc. Instead he should be brought outside the police station and given a bullet to the brain.

"Oh, he can be rehabilitated" Yeah, how many attempts at rehabilitation should we waste money on? We could and should kill him and use that funding to XYZ good thing. If he's capable of doing what he's done, I don't think that insanity could be repaired...

I'd love to torture this guy live on PPV. I'd start beating him with a baseball bat, shattering his arms and then I'd restrain him, jam toothpicks under his nails, pull out his teeth with plyers, burn him with a cigar right to one of his eyes, shatter his hands with a sledgehammer, drip boiling oil on him, take off his jaw with a Maguire swing (which he won't see coming being blinded in one eye), and then peel back his skin ever so slowly. Then I'd have his carcass publically displayed.

I'd use the jawbone to open a portal to hell and send his soul there.

Also, why was he back around, didn't the girl's mother already know he's a madman?

Everybody says shit like this, and it's not true. Most child killers and all high profile cases serve their time in protective custody.

Abused / neglicted as a child
Lived in a poor neighborhood
Drug addiction
Mental illness
High school dropout
Planetary alignment

I'm suprized my state of MA didn't bring back the death penalty after Jeffrey Curley's death.

Prosecutors said the two young men were sexually obsessed with the boy, lured him from his Cambridge neighborhood with the promise of a new bike
and then smothered him with a gasoline-soaked rag when he resisted their
sexual advances.

The two molested and murdered the boy before stuffing his body into a concrete-filled container and dumping it in a Maine river.
