Sex offender frequenting Lake Limerick
MASON COUNTY — The Mason County Sheriff's Office is alerting the public that a transient sex offender, 48-year-old Ronnie Lee Rogers, has been frequenting the 100 block of E. Cromarty Court in Lake Limerick area.
He reports to the Sheriff's Office every week. Rogers pleaded guilty in 1999 to three counts of third-degree child **** for having a consensual sexual relationship with a 15-year-old female. Rogers knew the girl's family, police said. He was listed as a Level 2 offender, but was bumped to a Level 3 when he became homeless. Level 3 offenders are classified as having a high risk to re-offend.
Rogers is has brown hair, blue eyes, stands 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds.
