FU to spyware and Service Pack 2

I had a spyware problem that had to be corrected with a wipe and restore. when I reload the system, download service pack 2, and installed it, i restarted it. guess what? i couldn't get into my account, and nothing would fix it. so, reload again.

FU MICROSOFT!

Sir please tell me u did a clean install... and yes microsoft shit sucks... but due to well my customers... I have to still use microsoft shit... yada yada... I also run on this box Linux... and Free BeOS... yada yada.. yes I am a geek...

Do you have ad aware installed? There's an obscure problem with ad aware I ran into a few times, I can tell you how to fix if it applies.

Yes. A big fuck you to Microsoft. Try Spybot S&D. Seems to work real well.

spybot S&D works like a champ, and try microsofts new integrated antispyware proggie. it's pretty tight!!!

i tried, and failed. had to wipe out the hard drive.

SP2 installed, but i guess putting automatic updates on from the get-go was a bad idea.
all is well now

Switch from internet explorer to firefox and you'll never see spyware again unless it's from some other shady program you install.
