Wicklin Programs XM's High Voltage - 5/20 - DCRTV hears that Don Wicklin is taking the new director of programming gig at XM's High Voltage channel, which runs "Opie And Anthony." He had been working with O&A on a project basis, in preparation for the April launch of the shock jock duo to XM's basic service. Wicklin, who joined XM in January 2004 to help launch XM's local traffic and weather service, has worked for WBIG and WTTG.....

That might explain Dee Dee a little more being on the show... Other than that, I got nothing.
