It looks to me like it was an IED not a suicide bomber. The dude in the white shirt with the shoulder holster is fucking with a black bag not searching someone. A couple of frames before the blast you see him pick up the bag and start trying to open it like a fucking dumb ass. That jackass watched one to many American Acton movies..; its never the red wire. Kind of cool how fast the crowd disperses though

I get the impression from this clip that this shit is old-hat to a lot of the folks over there. Beyond the yelling and people scrambling about, there seems to be a lot of bystanders acting pretty casual, like its not that big a deal.

I saw that video in a anti terrorist class, the video is like 10 years old i think and what I rember was, there was a suspicios package left in middle of the street. People crowded around it as a police officer went to check it out and like a dumb ass he opened it and activated the bomb.
