i know this is not a help line, but my car kit was stolen last night. I was wondering if i could use an old cd car kist ie the tape and lighter plug to power my roadie2?

It would all depend on the power output of the CD kit and the power requirements of the Roadie2. Did you check out the forums at www.xm411.com ? They are probably have the best XM info out there - and the topic may have already been brought up. :)
