I don't know how to make thought bubbles in Photoshop, maybe someone can help me with that.

Depends what version of photoshop you're using. If you are using version 6 or 7, then there are a small assortment of "thought bubbles" that come as custom shapes you can load. They are included with the program. Simply switch to your custom shape tool (the one that looks like a little blob) and in the list of shapes click the right facing drop down arrow icon and "load shapes". There should be some shapes (talkbubbles.csh in Photoshop CS) or similar, it'll be pretty obvious. Just add them to your list of shapes and you can draw thought bubbles in any size. You have about 2-3 talking bubbles and 2-3 thought bubbles. You could create these by hand with either selections filled with pixels or building custom paths, but for really common simple shapes, these work okay. Plus, because these are vector shapes, if you wanted to move them into illustrator, it wouldn't be a problem and they would remain editable paths.

An alternative would be to get one of those dingbat fonts that has a ton of thought balloons in them. I've seen a couple out there... check
