i got a call earlier from # unavailable.. i pick up and its apparently an xm representative saying that my bill is out standing. which it probably was because i got a new card and i forgot to update my card to the new #. so stupid me without thinking just gives him my new credit card information and my address was fucked up on it so i gave him my address information. this all took forever cause he was a fucking MORON. and then at the end of the call i wanted to make sure that my payments would still automatically be deducted every month cause thats what i want.. he says he cant do that and i have to call the regular customer service line. which is a little weird because i do customer service for a big company and even if we cant make the changes to something, we can still see everything..
so i call the customer service # and i explained what i needed to know.. shes like ok well we have this # on file. the OLD #. im like no, thats the old # i just verified and had my new info updated. shes like well we dont see that anywhere in the system.. so now im like shit. i could have just given my information to some fucking idiot that doesnt even work for xm. i had asked his name at the end of the call so i said well does this person work for you cause he just said that my information has been updated.. and shes like i dont know that information, i can transfer you to the other department..
so i get transferred to some cunt with a fucking accent so i know im talking to some fucking terrorist towel is not a hat bitch who tells me that it can take a week to update in the system. so i explain thats fine but then i need to know that i really spoke to an xm employee so my information is not in the hands of someone it shouldnt be.. and theyre giving me a hard time. so i ask to speak to a manager but theyre all conveniently in a meeting. and now im waiting on a call back..
i would just cancel my credit card but thats such a pain in the ass cause i have pending charges i need to go through and im going on vacation at the end of this week so i NEED my card by then.. im so fucking pissed right now. FUCK YOU XM FOR NO FUCKING HELP AT ALL.
