Next time you go in, photocopy your license and black out your address with marker. Just leave your photo and b-day visible. Hand it to the clerk and tell her to keep it for future reference. Bet you a buck you never get carded again by them, because you showed a sense of humor.

I'm 23 and get carded most of the time, although rarely ever at the liquor store because I think they recognize me by now. Whenever I go to buy beer at the supermarket (yeah, we can do that here) I almost always get carded even though it's the same few douches each time. Then there's bars where I always get carded.

While we're on this topic, I really hate the rules at arenas and big concert venues in Massachusetts like the Tweeter Center or the "TD Banknorth Garden" (Fleet Center). If you're from out of state, you have to be 25 to buy beer. WTF is up with that? Actually, I think if you're from Rhode Island, they'll sell to you if you have another ID or something, but it's such a bullshit, worthless rule. Thankfully, Fenway doesn't do it.
