From what I can tell, you can't.

right now it just searches the closed captioning text to match results, and gives you still shots. in most cases video isn't even available to view. More of the same info is here: http://video.google.com/video_about.html

that's pretty cool! I remember reading months ago that google was planning an index of online videos. I'm glad they finally got a beta out there!
