Some artificial nail polish removers contain a chemical, acetonitrile, that turns into cyanide in your liver.

The lethal dose for adults is 200–300 mg of potassium or sodium cyanide, or 50 mg of hydrogen cyanide. It could be painful, but who cares? You'll be dead in a few minutes.

Liver failure is a horrible way to go ask any one that has tried to kill themselves with Tylenol pm that woke up from the excruciating pain that is caused by the liver failure.
