kinda like that nasa worldwind but way better, this thing fuckin owns. found my house right away, you can make out pretty much any strucutre, some cars and people.

Finally, I can make an effective strategic plan of attack on the Pentagon....which is clear as day on that map, by the way....almost down to the leaves on the trees in the courtyard. :icon_eek:

It's very outdated though. According to the pogram, my house doesn't exist, yet it was completed in February 2003.

I found my house, but we still had a pool and as far as I know we tour it down last summer. Still very cool though.

Pretty damn cool. Surprised at some picture quality. It is in Beta...Found my house. These must be satellite images from a few years ago. I use to have a gray roof, now its black...this shows the gray so i'm assuming maybe two or three year old pics...still cool.

Google Earth is back up for download.

I used Keyhole a few months ago, which is the software that google bought out
and is using for google earth.

MSN Virtual Earth is supposed to be launched sometime this month.
Looks like it's even going to be better than GE.

holy shit this prog is awsome. you can click "buildings".. all the major buildings in a city become 3d shapes that show up really nice when you change the view angle. freakin me out here
