I have 2 screws holding it together. I decided to go home and wrap up my knee and put a heating pad on it and down a few advil. i know what you mean... i have 2 screws right in my shin below my knees... it is the worst place... there is not much skin or fat covering them so they always end up getting bumped and pushed into my bone...
isn't it cool how during the winter the medal screws get colder faster then the bone does... very freeky sensation

I did this every day for months after having my leg in the immobilizer for 8 weeks. The PT was awful, they kept packing my knee with ice in January! Finally, I was able to convince them to use steam towels. Man, the first time they used it I thought I could try out as place kicker for the Giants. My scars are mininum but visible. You saw me wearing shorts yesterday and no one noticed. I'll proudly show any one my scars ... including the road rash on my left arm which I won't allow the hospital to treat ... those assholes like to use gauze to much which gets stuck in the healing process. Sorry .. forgot to mention the road rash before.

Here's what happened to me after I left the Party.

I was walking to my car and I decided to get a slice of pizza about a block away from the Bar. I order a slice and give the guy $5. He takes my money and puts a slice down... but no change from the $5.

I say "Hey, where's my change?"

He says "You gave me $2."

No, I gave you a five.

He says no and ignors me. I erupt. ( had a few drinks earlier )

I started cursing at the top of my lungs to give me my mother fuckin money back you cocksucker bastard.... etc etc....

He takes the slice back and slams $2. back on the counter. I call him a dickhead, spit right in his face and started swiping stuff off the counter....napkins, straws, salt & pepper, forks, grated cheese...whatever was there. There was nothing left.

It was a major scene, Man.

I tell him to go fuck himself one more time and start to leave. Then this old guy comes out from the back with a shovel and comes up to me like he is gonna swing. I duck, stand back up in his face and spit right in it. He was so scared he walked away and told the others to call the police.

me too. actualliy i love it here but i hate that im so far from everything. opie mentioned theyre going to be doing something for their 1 year anniversary on xm that i want to go to but that will be in october and i will already be in ny in september for some family thing so i dont know if ill have the money or vacation time to go up for it.. im mad :(
