And if you did, it would cost you a lot and tie you up in legal red tape for months, possibly years." in that case, he'll come on the air on Monday and lie some more, either by saying one of the following:

"Look, I'll be the nice guy here and not press charges to show how much better I am than Mr. CUM-ia and Mr. Hughes," (less likely to happen, since that sounds like he's pussying out under the guise of taking the "moral high ground")
