Now, previous attacks have ended with the enemy appealing to the bbbboys behind the scenes, or through a third party.

My question is this...if we were to get Phillips to make a formal decleration of surrender, would it be accepted?

Now understand this...a formal surrender, ON OUR TERMS, DICTATED BY THE PESTS, would be unprecedented. It would be a clear, unambigious sign of victory that would be more definitive than weeks of bad radio until the show dissappeared from ch. 152.

Now with any surrender offer, the first offer is the most benificial to the eventual loser.

5 - If any of the terms above are not followed COMPLETLY, the assault will recommense WITHOUT ANY WARNING.

6 - If Phiilips does take a pro-O&A caller in the future, he must not make a derrogatory remark in any way, shape, or form.

6 - If this offer is not accepted within 24 hours of being formally presented, the attack will continue with no gurantee of a second offer of surrender.

my guess is that Philips is too stubborn to surrender in any form. He might try to wait it out, wait until he is off of XM. At that point maybe some of the pests will lose interest, at least he would hope so. He can always continue to lie to his local audience. The ones without XM will just take his bullshit as fact. If he does mention it, it will be all about the "couple of idiot listeners" tieing up the phonelines illegally or some crap about automated emails/phonecalls.
