Show segmenting

I noticed while rewinding to the beginning of the show on my SkyFi2 that it brought me to the point where the guy was talking about the Citadel stock, shich was about 20 minutes in. Was this a computer fuckup, or are they sending a pulse to the display to split it?

true, it does, but i can still rewind to the beginning within 30 minutes.
