Trying to buy GTA:San Andreas these days

I didn't get the game when it first came out because I thought I could wait a few months, save a few bucks (which I did with the previous GTA games).
Now I know I'm going to have to pay at least 50, probably more, just to get a copy of the game because of the rerating/recall bullshit.
Problem is, it isn't sold anywhere. I have twice bought it on Ebay, and twice had my money returned with a note about EBay policy violations. Does anyone know of a reliable website where I might be able to buy this game?
Or does anyone know about the new version Rockstar will release? Since someone on Wackbag was nice enough to share the Hot Coffee scene, I know what I'm missing and I still think I'll enjoy the game. But I'm afraid they will tone down the violence in addition to blocking this one scene.

So I'll rephrase the question: can anyone recommend a place to buy GTA:San Andreas for PS2, or will the new version be the same game without the Hot Chocolate?

Since you had a PS2, it will be back on the shelves shortly but you will have to wait even longer for the game to be depreciated.

you might wanna try Gogamer.com ... it's selling for $49.90 at the moment (albeit it's sold out) ... I'll keep an eye out here for the PS2 version of San Andreas (there's one store here locally that still keeps copies)
