Just curious to those that listen to prety much the whole 4 hours....where are you listening from? Work? Home?
I get into work about 9:30 and have O&A on till 3pm...so I'm listening pretty much all day while I'm working....guy across from me must wonder what I'm always quietly laughing about.
Where/What are you doing when listening to O&A?

Sometimes I record the show with my Myfi and then listen to it in my car later in the day. I've been thinking about checking out that audible.com thing the boys mentioned though and throwing the shows on my mp3 player.

I started going into work at 7 instead of 9 just so I could listen to the whole four hours. I've got the virus bad. :icon_redf
I've never had much of a problem with pulling the headphones over my ears at work. The people in my aisle of cubicles yap on and on endlessly all day long outside each others cubes, I have been complaining about it since I started working there, so I just use that as my excuse for having the phones on all morning long.
My phone has a visual indicator for calls and if people walk up behind me I catch them in the mirror that I have stuck to my monitor, I see them before they have a chance to say anything.
I usually do pretty well with keeping the laughter contained.

Your Poll needs more options. I had to vote "I dont work so I listen all day" when in fact I work for my self, so I listen while I am at home via internet, then while I am on the road all day I listen all day... God Luv O&A...

I listern in the car on my way to work and on my way home. I have a long comute. What's nice is this summer I am working with my 17 year old daughter who had always heard that O&A really stupid and dirty. She was surpised to find out that they weren't. Now when she hangs out with her friends she will say Opie said blan blah today or Anthony said something else. Now all of her friends are signing the Greg and Tony show jingle. I think the show has enhanced her pop culture awareness and oddly made her more sensitive.

I record the show at 7:00 on the MyFi until I leave for work. Then I listen live for about 50 minutes until I arrive at the office. Once there, I leave the MyFi in the car to record the remainder of the show. After 11:00, I bring the MyFi into the office and listen at my desk. Usually I am too busy to hear the entire show while at work so I try and finish up on the 50 minute ride home.

I used to listen at my old job in my office, but at my new job I can't get a clear signal and they don't allow any streaming internet apps to be running on your machine. So I listen on the way to work until about 7:15. Then on the way home I'll start listening around 4. Once I'm home I'll hook up my roady 2 and listen up to 8 pm sometimes to catch all the parts I missed.
But I also record the shows on my pc, so if I miss alot of the show I'll take the mp3s to work and listen at my pc.

Only way I could do it is with the MyFi. I leave for work around 5:15 am, no electronic devices allowed inside the building, and get out usually around 6 pm or so with an hour lunch thrown in there. So it's all about recording it on the MyFi. 4 hours between getting home from work and bedtime, and 4 hours of show...

I listen throughout the day. If I could listen live I'd make a greater effort to catch the whole show but I'm on the west coast so even if I get up early I only catch the last hour or two, which usually sucks because if you send or call in something that was already done you get labeled as a tool. The phone lines are usually jammed by then, too.
So I sleep as late as I can and then take care of the kids. Oh, yeah, the other thing is that I don't listen when the kids are around, for obvious reasons (as amusing as I find it when other people do it, I won't be teaching my kids to swear for the show :icon_bigg).

Listen on my drive to and from work. On a good day I pick up on the show right where I left off. Listen from 3p-5p then from 2a-4a. I used to listen at work but can no longer do that since we merged with another company.

As a truck driver, I listen to pretty much all of the live show. If I have to get out to fuel or unload, I catch what I miss on the replays so I never miss a thing.
There's no option in the poll that fits me. I listen through my clock radio (which receives a transmission from my PC which is running the online stream) when I wake up in the morning. Then I listen through the shower radio that is picking up the same transmission, while I'm getting ready for work.
Then I listen in my car on the way to work. At work, I have a Myfi, which is programmed to record the show every day. When I get there, I turn the timed recording and hit the manual record button so I can listen while the rest of the show records. However, I am usually in and out of my office, so I miss much of the show between 9-11.
After 11, I begin listening to the show via the Myfi recording. If I slept through the alarm at 7, I will listen to the beginning of the show up until the time that I woke up. Then I listen to whatever I missed once I got to work. If I'm real busy at work and don't have time to play back all that I missed, I will typically go in reverse order and play back the last segment of the show before playing back the earlier segments.
That's because, when I leave my office, since the replay is on a 4 hour cycle and I work an 8 hour day, I will then hear the show pick up pretty much at the same point that I got out of my car when I went into work. If there's a part of the show that I will miss on the way home, it will be the very end of the show, which I heard at work because I thought ahead and listened to the last segment first, knowing that I would hear the other segments on the way home.

I am a Truck Driver. I Listen long enough to get all four hrs of the show. Much better than all th Bravo Sierra on the CB. After I hear the whole show I switch to music and news. If there is something really funny I go back to 202 during the replays.

From September to the end of June (I'm a teacher and for some reason I can't get my pricipal to let me listen to O & A in the classroom), I listen to the first 45 minutes and then catch some of the 3-7 replay and I'll finish up with the 7-11 replay.
During July and August, I'll listen throughout the day at various times.
I'm looking into a MyFi for Ron & Fez, depending on the air times.

My MyFi has not been shut off since I bought it months ago. It is almost always tuned to 202, and I have cradles set up in my bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and car. I even brought it to the hospital for my recent back operation, and demanded a bed near the window so I could get good reception. When plugging it in for me, the nurse (yeah, she was moderately cute so the catheter wasn't so bad) kept asking me questions, and I finally convinced her to get one. I listen all day, every day, and leave it on while im sleeping.

Should have had more poll choices - for multiple locations!
I listen on my way in- if my commute goes past 9am, I turn it off and wait until the drive home to hear that hour of O&A- this way I always have fresh material to listen to!
I then listen to any parts I've missed during the day with headphones on the computer...

I listen everywhere. I have four radios, one at my business that the employees use,and both my cars, and a MiFi that can go anywhere else. I listen to a lot of different channels too,but catch all of O & A,sometimes twice.
I listen at various points throughout the day. Anyone else have the problem of catching the SAME EXACT parts of the show on replays all day? It seems when ever I turn in to the next replay, I hear what I already heard and miss the parts I didn't get to catch the last time. :icon_lol:

I grab the show via a program that records it to the comp from the PC XM radio and then listen to it on my way to/from work via mp3 player (2 hrs there - 2 hrs home) I get to take the whole show in - but its always a day late.
