Pretty much any night you go for those benefits is a good show. At least 1 amazing band playing every night.

Fuck CBGBs i went to that shithole once and the place wasnt all its made out to be. Back when it first opened im sure it was great, but that was when there was nowhere for you to go in the city to listen to music, now this place is more of a trend statement than a rock club. Rock clubs are open all over and are alot better than this place. I would even take Castle Heights (old club in queens) over CBGBs any day.

this list of bands represents 30+ years of legendary punk/hardcore history, that alone would make it worth going to these shows....for some
