Time isnt that bad if you're a guy. He looks bad because hes still clinging to that awful hair, is wearing a leather jacket, and has something fucked going on with his nose. He needs to get a buzz cut and start working out.

I think the fucked up thing going on with his nose is a cocaine clog. How does someone who is that vain not realize that long hair doesn't work when you're going bald? The bleaching isn't helping, either. It looks like someone staple some hay to his head and was too tired to finish the job.
