I went to the Megadeth show last night up here in Buffalo at Darien Lake. IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME!!!!! I still am amazed the guys like Mustane can still sound as good as they once did way back in the day. He and "the crew that he rolls with" were fucking great. Sounded A LOT better than I thought it was. Any of my other fellow wackbaggers go to this show/tour this summer? If you have already gone, what did you think? :icon_evil

i saw them at PNC in jersey. Attendance wasnt too hot, so scalpers sold tix for $10 cash and even though they were lawn seats they made the seated section general admission so i sat in kick ass seats.

Fear factory was awful.

Symphony X absolutly killed, amazing

dream theater put on a great show and megadeth was pretty killer too. Lots a pyro, a pretty solid setlist and stage production.

I saw this twice, once on the 21st in Poughkeepsie the second time the 23rd at Jones Beach. I have seen Megadeth about 4 times now, but even though they are one of my top bands, none of these two sets did anything for me. I liked them 10X more when I saw them back in November. This was the first tiem i heard/saw Dream Theater and they were pretty good. Fear Factory was good both times for me, I only saw Symphony X at jones beach and they were pretty good. Dillinger sucked, Life of Agony Sucked, and when only saw Nevermore at Poughkeepsie and they sounded pretty good.

Hopefully with Sharon OsCUNT turning off all true metalheads, this becomes the big summer show to check out.

I went to the show last night in Huntington WV. Dream Theater was the highlight for me, followed by Nevermore.

I have seen Megadeth on pretty much every tour since So Far, So Good, So What..., and have seen Nevermore about 6 times.

Last night was the first time that I have ever seen DT, and was amazed.

As far as the second stage, the only one I thought put on a good show was Life of Agony.

Bobaflex is from here, so they had a big crowd. I can't stand them though.

I only caught one song from Symphony X, because I was out at the tent talking with Nevermore.

Fear Factory didn't impress me at all, nor did Dry Kill Logic.

The crowd was horrible. A bunch of mall metal kids, that couldn't comprehend Dream Theater.

Megadeth was great as usual. Dave just like to plow through songs. Great pyro as well.
