I'd be surprised if he's still alive. Back when that picture was taken, he couldn't even stand up or was well enough to get his picture taken at the jail. I remember hearing they didn't even want to take his picture or even bother with the registry because he was that close to dying at the time.

Yeah, back when this picture was "discovered," I worked in an Ohio courthouse, so I know his whole story. You wouldn't believe how many calls and stories we were hearing out of Lucas Co.
