I wonder what everyone's thoughts are on the aging of ice wines. I personally think ice wines should be drank young, I believe aging ice wines makes it lose some of it's fruitiness, freshness, and aroma that make ice wine so refreshing. But my friend insists that the high sugar level and high acidity will preserve, and maybe even enhance an ice wine if aged.
