Just saw Ong Bak

I picked it up today and just finished watching it and what a fucking awesome movie. He uses his elbows and knees in ways I haven't seen before. The stunts looked amazing and the choreography was superb. This is one of the best martial arts movies I've seen in years! Just thought I'd share :action-sm

I got audition "backed up" in a binder, haven't watched it yet but its supposed to be good. I love watching asian movies (the good ones at least). Nothing beats battle royale,ringu(and ringu2), versus and a few other good ones. Martial arts movies are a different story because theres just so many sweet looking fight scenes that it doesn't really matter who the people are. :icon_mrgr In high school we had a saying we tossed around and I had duct taped to my ceiling..... JAPAN IS BETTER it applies to most things. Japanese women, movies, video games, anime and their porn is pretty crazy. I'd love to go visit but its goddamn expensive to travel overseas.

I just saw this movie and IT'S SO FUCKING AMAZING. THE SUV DOOR THING, HE JUST FLIES THROUGH THE AIR KNEEING PEOPLE AND IT'S SO GREAT I CAN'T STOP TALKING IN ALL CAPS!!!1ONE!1!

I rented it a month ago. It was really fun to watch. I didn't care about the story at all, just liked seeing Tony Jaa kick ass. When he was getting chased and just jumped and flipped through the market, then under the truck it was awesome. Great stuff. I hope he doesn't come to the US and turn into a Hollywood fag like Jet Li. He's so good, yet they insist on him using wires.

Ong Bak is fucking amazing. The kid's a mix between Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan.

THE FUCKING JUMP THROUGH THE BARB WIRE!!! Holy hell the movie owns. Can't wait to see his new movie that just came out, with the same director. Heard the fighting scenes were even more intense.

Yeah, I watched some of this in my barber shop. That shit looked sick. The lead guy in that movie has a new movie out now, it looks just as crazy as Ong. I forget the name, but I am sure you can look it up. I think it's "Sword of ....." <--- Something.

Confirmed. There was no wires used in that movie. Also check out the bonus stuff on the dvd where he's doing performances in front of live crowds. That run on peoples shoulders thing is sick

about 3/4 way through theres a pretty sick part where some guy jumps off the side of a wall and up breaks through one of those tiny windows above doors (like most schools have)
