The roar the shark made in Jaws IV was that of "Spot", the dinosaur under the stairs in "The Munsters".

i'm a Jaws fan, the first one. I think the second one was worthwhile, at least Brody was in it. They should've stopped there. Jaws 4 is probably one of the worst movies ever made

Yeah, and the guy who played Doc Brown in the Back to the Future movies should have been the one to play Judge DOom in the Roger Rabbit Movie.

In Napoleon Dynamite, Uncle Rico is the same guy who plays Lazlow in Real Genius and the gggirrrlllllll that plays Napolean's girlfriend is the little girl from blockbuster Waterworld. Jim Norton plays a fat tittied no chin nothing (fancy person) in real life.

Uh, this topic was discussed on Wednesday's show for like a 1/2 hour, didn't you listen ?

There were at least 3 callers who said the shark made a strange noise when it was getting shocked towards the end of the movie.

The movie Twister has animal roars in the tornado SFX.

In Jaws, the first, there is an animal roar. When the shark is shot and explodes, as it descends, a 'Godzilla' type roar is heard, Spielberg discusses it on the Jaws Anniversary DVD extras documentary.

I remembered that Duel had some sound effects similar to Jaws, so I went over to IMDB:
After the shark blows up, the groaning sound effects during the shot of the carcass sinking are the same ones the truck makes as it crashes off a cliff in Spielberg's first film, Duel (1971/I) (TV). The sound effect is from the original Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954).
