Did anyone see The Tonight Show tonight with Chris Rock (Wednesday) It sounded like he might of been practicing jokes for his act. He made jokes about Hurricane Katrina and being tarred and feathered, tons of racial humor perfectly.

George W. trying to wipe out black people... but delivering it so brilliantly. Joking about his dad doing coke, etc.

That is also why I agree 100% with Jim about the Tonight Show being just a better show because the network lets them get away with a whole lot more shit. Letting the dialogue be actually funny instead of unfunny and PC like Letterman. Letterman just fuckin blows. I cant even sit through it. Im quite fucked up right now. I check this board out all the time, but I never post.

I wouldn't say he was the inspiration. As Opie would say "black comedians have been doing that for LITERALLY, a thousand years OBVIOUSLY!!! He's an over exagerating boob. :)

I love me some Conan as well, but Jay Leno doesn't suck

Leno's show is great. So is Conan's. Chris Rock was pretty funny the other night, but he did one joke from his act over 15 years ago, which was almost Vos-level.
