WOW sticker etiquette

OK, I have a WOW sticker but can't bear to stick it on my Chrysler 300. It's just propped up against the back window. I've seen plenty of WOW stickers, but mostly on company trucks and vans or old beat up cars. Can't say I've seen them on like a brand new BMW or even an Escalade. What do you guys do?

I wouldn't even put it on my '05 civic..there's no way I'd put a bumper sticker on a brand new car..

Anthony wouldn't....Opie has the XM sticker, but it goes well with his jeep..

i've got one stuck on the back window of my '05 Altima and a magnetic one on my '04 Pathfinder that goes with me when I travel (which is almost every week lately).

easy thing to do is get magnetic tape... put 4 strps horizontily across the back of the sticker (leave the backing on) and then you can put it on and remove it and it will not ruin your paint

You have to be careful with *anything* you stick on your car- if you leave it there long enough, it'll leave an outline where the sun was shining and the rest of the paint was fading all that time...

The company I work for was recently bought out by large corporation, which left a whole lot of the magnetic truck labeles with the old logo laying around. I just stuck a sticker on one and used aluminium scisors to cut it out.

Yep. I had the WNEW one on the rear window of my old SUV and just peeled it off when I got rid of it. The XM one is on the lower left corner of the rear windshield of my current car.

That's where mine is on my truck...I was also thinking of putting one in the middle, top of the windshield...right above the rearview mirror...so, you know...it's out of the way; but can still be seen.

I already have it on the rear glass. Chicks can't see shit if it's on a bumper, as you're driving by. Better to be on the front in the middle/top of the windsheild.

Of course, i'm Stationed in Abilene, TX. About 110,000 people. Not many "good eggs" here. :icon_cry:

Put it on your window, cuz if you need to take it off (like I do when my leases expires) you just use an orange solvent and lightly scrape it off, the stuff works great and doesn't F up your window or tints.

Yeah...there is stuff out there specifically made for adhesive removal.

The current WOW stickers are so easy to remove from a car they peel right off, not leaving huge amounts of residue on the surface.

My wife was interested in selling our Honda Accord, I cleaned it up, removing the WOW sticker. When she changed her mind I emailed Qtie and she mailed me several WOW stickers. I know, the WOW sticker peels off VERY easy.

Can't put one on my company truck, they don't like it. So I took a company magnetic sticker with thier name on it, slapped some WOW stickers on it and used an exacto knige to cut it out nicely. Now I just slap it on the truck when its WOW weather.
As for my car...got one on the rear bumper. Would put it on the rear window but that's where I shamelessly plug my lil site with an "OAVIRUS.COM" window decal sticker. (I am such a whore).

No Excuse sir, I have an 11 year old daughter and a 13 year old son, My wife even got a WOW sticker on her 04 mountaineer. Just tell the kiddies its the Opie and Anthony slogan for the show, and if you happen to get flashed while your kidds are with you , which chances are isnt going to happen, all you say is they must be crazy, plus boobies arnt a bad thing to see for a child, its not like they havent seen them before

My daugter is 11 now, 9 when they were pulled from regular radio. She knows what WOW means, even if she won't tell me. Kid is smarter then I think. School has exposed her to more then I would have liked, but hay, these are the times we live in. Your kid knows more then you think she dose.
