Opie hung up on him (you hear that Dr. J? these are the kind of calls Opie is constantly having to make) because it was just too over the top. Last I heard they have a dump button and they tried to use it before but it didn't work. I'm pretty sure they don't use any extra delay outside of what the equipment causes.
