Some dot head fucked up his order and then repeatedly ***** him after the fact.
Do you think it's possible that this person effectively communicated his wants / needs to the Dell technician during any of these phone calls?

I destroy my DI 3000 twice a week I get a new mobo p4 512 mb of memory and psu. I will not stop doing that they send a repair guy out every time to install. I say my computer might stop doing that if I got the stuff I paid for.
He made his intentions quite clear.
