there's always some kind of catch, or gimmick, or un-natural movements by teh magician that give away that something is happening... but this i'm completely stumped on.

Actually I think I figured out the 1st one kinda easy if both coins were magnets. And the gilrls at the tables were plants. I think the guy ring was also a magentic as to hold the salt shacker in place when the other one was up his sleeve notice how he moves his arm into the shot as the shaker is coming thru and the opther drops to the floor out of view. the lkast coin one is just a plain old sticker on the glass like a window cling... look at it closley..Or after watching it they cut away from the shot and the glass could have been switched during that time..if this a tv show than the whole thing could be setup..
