i am having a problem here. it seems once a week i have to e-mail for a new password, for some reason unknown to me my password gets wiped out is this a problem for anyone else?

Your cookies are dumping, thus then your wackbag cookie goes bye, bye. Change your settings Firefox > Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Exceptions. It's very similar in IE.
