Telemarketing asshats

Can someone please help me, I keep recieving phone calls from this one frigin online pharmacy 3x's a day, since August 2004 I have filed a complaint with the do not call registry hundreds of times and nothing, these savages keep calling my I am so Fucking Pissed.

I am at the end of my rope, and do not know what to do, can anyone PLEASE HELP ME? I would be forever gratefull with any suggestion to make these ASSHATS stop calling me

Have you signed up for the "www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcalldo not call" list? Once you do that there is a waiting period and then it is illegal for the asshats to call you - at all.

If you are on the list and they bug you, you can file a complaint with the FCC. You might be able to do so even if you aren't on the list - there are rules in place that govern how these fuckers can bother you.

*Unless* they have an "established relationship" with you, meaning you have had pretty much any kind of contact with them, ever.

Try the don't call list, and then file a complaint. It won't work, probably - the FCC only goes after radio hosts that sponsor contests that certain groups get offended by. They aren't here to protect us peons, but they are supposed to.

I get similar calls and have been doing the old get their name and number (pretend you're interested) and then nail them with the do not call deal, take my name and number off the list, you have been recorded, good day. If you have enough logs of them take it to the next level.

Pick up the phone, tell them to hold on, and just put the phone down on the counter/table/whatever. Let them sit on hold while they pay for the phone call to you. Repeat as necessary.

If your XM is near by, let them listen to the show.

I'm on the do-not-call list, and occasionaly they still call but block their fucking numbers. So I just do Florentine bits on them.

Yes, I bought one thing from them once. since then I told them to take me off there list at least hundred time. I am on the do not call list, and file a complaint every time they call. I apreciate the help guys. I kinda like the pulp fiction idea Im gonna start doing shit like that... best way is to fuck with them. One rule DON'T CURSE they called you if it is a guy call him cute and tell him he has a sexy voice as he speaks moan into the phone. They will never call again i was lame do not call list. this method works like gold string them for 5 or minutes tell the offer sounds great make sure they explain it like 5 times and every time go 'wow what great deal how do you people do it." than after a bit of time say I don't want the product and never did i just wanted to keep you on the line. they get pissed it is great.Just DON'T CURSE after about a month when the new phone records come out they just end...
