yeah, basically not many of you came out to see Greywolf, but I took a few pics. It was really weird, the place was a total dive. It was actually really depressing to be there because it just seemed like a movie cliche of a depressing bar. Before Greywolf started performing they had this guy playing on a keyboard this music that can only be described as the worst music ive ever heard in my life. I wanted to kill myself. Anyway, heres some pics of the night. I left at 9:30 after Greywolf performed "Shelter Me" because there really wasnt much else going on.

Thanks for the pictures. Glad to see Greywolf hasn't had his guitar stolen from him yet. Did he perform the whole version of "Shelter Me" or just the one O&A have been palying?

Vostradamus predicts that Seaford, NY has the highest per capita O&A listenership of any crappy municipality in the contiguous United States. That is all.

Yeah, I was about to post that, but I probably would have called it a "Ms. Pacman machine", just saying.

I live in NJ. You know us assholes only cross the bridge for the headliners.
Seriously though, I thought there'd be more of a turnout. Fuck. Grey Wolf is the man! No worries though, ONA will promote him well and his time will come. Success is iminent.
I think Patrice should take Grey Wolf with him on his road gigs and have him open up with some heart-felt soulful shit, then have him play some music while patrice plays jokes, much like Mitch Hedberg did with the cello behind his comedic stylings. What say you Patrice?

I got stuck on some shit at work, but managed to drop by to say hi to the few fans that showed up. We will work on putting something together in a nicer joint. Maybe some sort of Homeless American Idol competition..

y'think? we should all get together to some crappy bar and get fucked up one night. Or a LongIsland/Nassau County O&A night or something.
It didnt really smell bad in there. Greywolf is actually quite presentable for a homeless guy. It was funny cuz my friend I went with didn't know Half-a-Hulk face was going to be there and he avoided seeing his pics on foundry because he is so squeamish and he knew he couldnt handle looking at him. The whole night he was avoiding looking at him. I wanted to get a photo of Half-a-Hulk Face and Stalker Patty together but I felt weird about approaching him because hes homeless and shit and i dont know how cool he is about being made a mockery of. I still hope him and Patti hooked up by the end of the evening

Greywolf looks like a well put together homeless dude. That's probably why no one jacked him for his guitar yet.
And why wouldn't it look like a shithole, al? It's a homeless guy playing music, not Bruce Springsteen.

yeah....but u guys really have no idea how much of a shithole the place is. Like my camera has a great flash, but the bar was dark as hell with this awful red lighting. There was this businessman who was there since 4pm drinking is awful life away. There was this old drunk jewish couple talking about wether "Carnivale" was in New Orleans or Brazil for like twenty minutes straights. The girls working the bars were skanky and sounded like they smoke a carton a day. I couldnt tell who was a homeless guy supporting greywolf or who was a regular customer. oh well, i'll catch Greywolf next time he performs when Dice is opening up for him at the Garden

well "shelter me" was the only song he did. It was nice, I liked the flute solos in it and the bar was quiet during that performance. But before that it was just like, him playinjg the flute for 1/2 an hour. It sounded like a soundtrack to an Oliver Stone movie, like the Injun flute music that brings to mind like a yellow sunset and Injuns living their culture all happy and free before the white man came and scalped them and gave them syphullus. It was good for what it was but i wanted put Injun flute music on my ipod while im taking a stroll to 711 or anything
