HELP! Sig edit issue

[hoo cares]

As you can tell from my sig, there's a lot of wasted space. How can I put these pics side by side. I already tried the align right and left feature, but even though they came up on opposite sides of the screen, one was still above the other. I even tried to copy and paste them side by side...no luck.
