I can't remember my fucking password and have no idea the e-mail adress I signed up with. Any suggestions? (I know I'm a tool.)

im pretty sure that if they dont have your email on file it will let you now. So why dont to put em in one at a time or just create a new one!

If you can't find the email or password, you're basically screwed. :P

If you go to aim.com, and click on lost password (bottom right hand corner under support), it will ask you for the name of the account and will send an email to the address you registered with. If you still have the account, it will send it to you and you can check all your accounts and figure it out that way.
