I like the Colts. Last week I was rooting for Pittsburgh so Indy wouldn't have to play New england this week. THat didn't turn out so well.

I was watching the game on directv, and talking to my dad in Indy on the phone. I forgot about the directv delay from the satellite. My dad was screaming at Vanderjagt and on my tv he didn't even kick yet. Kind of ruined the moment. FU Directv. But that hidef package is awesome for NFL.

What he did on the 4th and 2 play was downright awesome and his line DID suck fat dick today because they could not handle Pitt's blitz packages. Pitts D was awesome and peyton still played very well.

Good post. I agree with everything you said. PIttsburgh ran the same blitz package consistently on 3rd and long through the whole game, with Polamalu shooting up the middle and Indy couldnt get it done. Sending the punt team off the field takes more balls than any coach in the league would have (I guess balls might come with job security though). And the bottom line is, in the end, he really did get his job done. He got his team in position for a pretty easy field goal and Vanderjagt just shanked it, which made me pretty happy cause I hate Vanderjagt...that and I had money on the Steelers money line.

I also think that Dungy should take some heat for sitting his starters so much at the end of the season. They looked noticably stiff for about the first 20 minutes of gameplay.

How come no one is mentinoning Mannings disastorous call on 3rd and 2 before Vanderjagt blew the kick? Manning called a pass play when he should have handed it to Edge for the first. Instead, he almost threw a pick and the field position was off for the kicker. I think Manning lost a lot of points this game by calling all his audibles and plays then blaming the line for his own protection. Also, he seemed to put everything on his shoulders and didnt mix up his playcalling. Its official, Manning is a choke artist.

I'm sorry but I have to put the blame on the coaching staff for not making adjustmesnts. I mean crying out loud, put a second tight end in. Every time Petyon went back to throw a pass, he had about 6 guys in his face. The second blame definietly goes on Vanderjact. You're a fucking dome and you should make that pick. I don't know what the Colts have to do to get to the Super Bowl. In my opinion, Petyon will get his chmapionship, but something tells me this is another John Elway story. Oh well, no Redskins, no Colts and not even Chicago to have at least one black head coach in the Super Bowl. I really don't have any interest who wins now. I mean it could be Seattle vs Denver, anybody on East of the Mississpi going to care. In conclusion, how many days to catchers and pitchers report.
