I cant fucking sleep and it is pissing me off... it has been 2 weeks that i am tossing and turning in bed and unable to sleep... i end up staying up all night and doing my wok and then sleeping for a few hours in the after noon....

I'm 30 and I take 3mg of Melatonin once in awhile and it works like a champ for me. Gives you some pretty trippy dreams too.

When I get to where I can't sleep I take a Trazadon and it knocks me out for at least 9 to 10 hours.Great stuff.

i was up a couple weeks ago for 34 hrs straight trying to get some shit done for an art show, it totally fucked up my sleep schedule. nothing is better then going to bed at 5 and getting up at 8 for class now

It isn't Generic. Ambien is on Patent until the end of 06'. Every drug has a Generic name, Ambien's is Zolpidem.
If you have insurance, go see your Dr. If they diagnose you with a sleeping disorder and prescribe you Ambien, your insurance may pick up most of it.

Melatonin every night for maybe 10 years now,I've never had any side effects.Turn the alarm clock so you can't see it,I also read every night.I take 3mg about an hour before bedtime,if the house is quiet I fall asleep about 15 minutes after getting in bed.Sometimes though,I'll be falling asleep and my wife will say something like"How many times have you cheated on me?"Might as well get up and watch TV.

its not good for you to "be out" when you go to bed so drugs are really a poor solution.. your brain still needs to do some work while you're sleeping and if you drug yourself your brain will have less time to work.. melatonin is the best option as it is simply regulating the chemicals already present in your body.. some people are deficient..

Holy Shit! BAM...I am so with you...only I've been dealing with this shit for TWO MONTHS! Ugh! I am beyond sick of it! I lay in bed and gaze endlessly at the ceiling, eat a snack, watche TV, play XBOX, pace, get online...repeat...oh shit...now its 7:30 time for work...OH SHT! It's 8:00 now I'm late!
I swear I should either be on coke... or start taking fucking valium. I hate myself & I'm not the only one!
