Email Programs

I recently switched over from ADSL to Cable, and I switched my email addy. I use Netscape 7.2 but it has no function to backup your emails and you can't import them or your addy book to Outlook. What do you guys think is the best program to use that I can import all my stuff from Netscape 7.2 to?? TIA:action-sm

Never mind, Thunderbird is working great for me. This thread can die an even worse death then it was already.

Mutt is the only way to go

Eudora would work as well but it isn't packaged with netscape.
