I need to vent and send a great big FU to the fucking *c word* at my part time job. Yes, it's a crappy, do-nothing, part time job, but for some reason the supervisor and director wasn't enough to oversee a department of 10, so they add you in as another fucking level of management. How you even made it that high up the ladder in 15+ years there is beyond me, you unprofessional condescending bitch. FOUR PHONE CALLS in three fucking hours? You know I have a full time job, so why not just be patient and wait for me to call you back? Or, perhaps instead of having that fucking attitude while you tell me you'll keep trying to reach me, you actually LEAVE SOME INFORMATION on my voice mail. I asked what it was about, could we meet Sunday (during my next shift), or could we do it over the phone. But no, you'd rather waste your time and harass me with vm after vm about how you're going to try my other number, which never rang, by the way. Oh, and yes, I know your FOUTH CALL was a hang up. I've got caller id you idiot.
Believe me, I could definitely afford to quit, but I'm staying around to collect evidence of reverse discrimination. Some days it sucks to be white.

I did try to raise some kind of hell, but was too shocked at what she was saying, and was trying to grasp the reason. When I asked why, since I had a perfect performance review in November, and have only worked 3 times since without issue, and have never been written up, she laughed and said that PT employees don't fall under FT rules. Odd, because the PT jobs I worked in HS required write ups before firing, but I digress. And her reasoning sucked ass, and it is *so* personal regardless of what she was telling me. As I was leaving she said that they'd be happy to give me a recommendation. I asked her, "Why would I want one from a just a PT job?"
It sucks that I had to drive an hour to get fired, but I do get paid for the shift. At the end of the conversation she said I'd get paid for the day. Whatever.
I'm gonna miss the free/discount tickets, but I've made enough friends to cover myself. :)

In order for my place of employ to get rid of someone, you need documentation, even for PT'ers.. cant just kick ya out on the street for good reason..hope ya bounce back on your feet soon..

Threaten a lawsuit. Claim age/sex discrimination. Make them nervous. Get them to offer you your job back. Then 'no thanks' them. It'll make this bitch's life miserable.

I'm not putting any effort into it, but if some angle does come up, I'll definitely try to persue it. There's not a single guy in the department (except the director), and although I am the youngest non-family memeber in the department, I'm not *that* young, so there's no sex/age discrimination.

Even if there is no cause for it, threaten it....allude to it even. The hairs on the back of their necks will stand on end. Things internally will get stressed out, they'll put pressure on the douche bag middle manager twat fuckhead who will take up smoking and drinking. She will over do the drinking one day, possibly even drinking while on the job, do something stupid(er), and lose her job. Payback is a great thing.
