I got to a job site one mornining at around 8:30 and fell asleep and didn't wake up until it was almost 4:00 that evening.Unloaded my job and wen't home the boss never found out about it.

i don't blame you, i can't function unless i get 8-9 hours a night. I can go a few days with 2-4 hours but then I have to crash for 10-12 the next day. if i had to work 80 hours and go to school i would...well, let's just say it wouldn't be pretty; i don't do well with others when i'm exhausted.

My boss at my last job was pretty cool with letting me sleep. He knew I was usually stuck with the night shift and a lot of double shifts, and I always made my rounds on time, so what I did in between them was up to me. He also is the head of security for that building, which meant he always had to be there in the mornings to greet the office employees. He despised having to wake up so early, so I covered for him while he went to one of the unused offices to sleep. My shift was almost done by then, and it was the only time I could go outside, so I liked it.
