He was injured in an explosion while travelling in an Iraqi armored personnel carrier. He and his cameraman were standing with their heads about the hatch apparently filming and stand up. They were wearing body armor and helmets and both suffered shrapnel wounds. They both underwent brain surgery, Bob Woodruff had swelling of the brain and they are taking him out of an induced coma today. He can move his arms and legs.

This is exactly why I love the ron and fez show. It goes from the crazy antics of the Hypnotism show (which I didn't like because it just didn't seem organized to me) to serious talks on stuff like this.
