I will make some nachos with cheese. It goes great with Vodka. But then again, what doesn't go great with Vodka?

Love nachos during the game. There is a local place that makes large nachos about 6 inches across and builds them one at at time. Puts them on a plater and you get about 25 for $10. Love em

For some reason, the day of the Super Bowl is the one day that I make pig's in a blanket (with Boar's Head cocktail franks) every year.

When we watch the Super Bowl at a specific friends house, I also make mini crab cakes. They're his favorites and I know even before asking "what can I bring" that the answer will be crab cakes.

Dude it f'n rocked... almost all of it went. Some people thought that it was a little too hot though. Funny thing is that I didn't even come close to the amount of red pepper that it called for. I give it two thumbs up, and would recommend it to anyone.

I have some leftover for later on this week. Yummy...

Glad to hear it went well, with the pepper it sneaks up on you, gets into the meat and your first few spoonfulls are ok then it hits you. Love HOT chili.
