I left the God forsaken company almost a year ago, and updated my address last year when I moved. I'm STILL getting mail that has been forwarded from my old address. So I call the employee hotline, 1-800-PRU EASY, which is anything but. Voice recognition software should be be BANNED! Or, maybe I just need a foreign accent. Five fucking minutes before I get put into the queue for a live person. I finally get one and guess what? They have my current address on file.
Apparently, until 2 weeks ago, it was too fucking difficult for one person to make a change of address for all departments. I asked why they don't have a centralized "change of address" option, and was told that as of 2 weeks ago, they do.
Fuck you Prudential, and fuck your "easy" employee hotline, and fuck your non-streamlined processes.
