Just when I started seeing Avenged Sevenfold on MTV and I had a bit of hope that we were done with the indie no-talent pop rock bullshit, a new band has arisen and is keeping it going. Fucking "Panic! At the Disco" You know, because a punctuation mark in the middle of the name makes them cooler. They sound EXACTLY like that stupid fucking Fall Out Boy bullshit. Same incoherent idiocy, different name.

never, apparently. i hate all these shitty bands that are coming out too. it's gonna take something of earth-shattering Nirvana-esque proportions to get the world's focus off these shitty bands, cookie cutter pop stars, and rappers that make white kids think it's cool and hip to act black.

panic and fallout boy are 2 huge guilty pleasures of mine. now i completely understand how commercial and just ridiculous they are but it brings out the 14 year old girl in me.. cant help but like it.

I dunno about having another Nirvana type change. Nirvana killed the whole 80's rock and hair metal and brought in grunge. Grunge didn't last too long so what replaced it? RAP! Including white rap and Rap Rock(Limp Bizcuit, Linkin Park).

Holy shit I hate rap. WHO can sit there an listen to that shit? Every guy I work with has their Ipods loaded to the max with hours/days of nothing but yelling about who shot who and how they are going to fuck your girlfriend when you are out of town. FUCK RAP.

damn, its just music, some will like it and some wont. No way in hell will 80s style rock will ever come back, or at least I hope not. 70s were a much better decade anyway. Some rap is good, you have to find some of the good obscure shit on RAW. Mainstream music is just SHIT period. They take the teen trends and sell it back to them. MTV needs to go up in flames for selling teen trends back to them. Instead of setting a decent example they throw MTV spring break with sluts all over, iiiick. Its all about the $$$
