Opie and Anthony could put their spin on it by by requiring a WOW/XM logo. Now, $10,000 is a mere bag of shells to these fancy men. They could up the ante by offering the first person to get a WOW/XM logo visible from space---get ready---hold on---dinner with E-ROCK. Maybe if they beat Phil Hendrie in the race, they could throw in an old Sony Plug-n-Play unit with free activation.

Google maps, at maximum zoom, shows rooftops in manhattan almost clearly.

The building MLB uses next to my job had their roof painted as a green baseball diamond, and i found it.

You'd need something roughtly the size of a city block, and it would be absolutely visable. Not much bigger than your stereotypical "stranded island SOS".

You could easily do something for less than a hundred bucks. Finding the open lot or field, is the only hard part.

try google mapping nyc, 9th ave, between 15th & 16th.
zoom in all the way, and you'll clearly see the green baseball diamond MLB did with their roof. And that is only 1/4 of a city block in size.
Having text (XM and/or WOW), you'd need at least double the size to be readable. Not that expensive to do.
