I do believe none of these guys are 'interns' anymore - and it seems they have all contributed to the show in some 'big' way recently. So I was thinking to myself last night, who is going to be the first one to leave the show and try to strike out on their own? Perhaps Erock shouldn't be in the list.

My guess is Than will be the first one to leave, either to go to another show or to do something else (are any/all of these guys still in school?).

No matter what - hats off to all you guys for helping out the show, you have added to my enjoyment of the show many times in the last few months.

As they have said on the R&F show, Harry took "personal leave," didn't tell anyone where he was going or when he would be back, and they have slowly stopped talking about him.

As far as comedic talents I think Than would be the first to strike out on his own. The guy has a very dry yet quick and sarcastic humor that could lend itself to other projects such as writer for a t.v. series.

Screw making good money... those guys have a fun/rewarding job that helps other through their day. Thats not to say I would "die" to work there, but I appriciate their work and if given the chance would make sure not to screw it up by pissing people off.

Erock/Hawk/Sexbagel was never an intern - he was always an employee of the show.

As for the others who were just an intern and were hired, why would they leave at this point? If radio production is what they want to do, then I'd think they would want to gain a little more than a year-or-so experience.

i agree than is the most talented of the group. i wouldn't be surprised if he showed up on his own sitcom a few years down the road, if not at least writing for one. he seems bigger than just radio to me.

I wasn't suggesting anything at this point - it really just was something I was wondering after the past couple weeks of seeing the guys help out in big ways (in my opinion) on the show. Beekeeper Man, Erock going off on Earl, "God" talking to "Skitzo Bill," etc. I realize sooner or later the guys will move along if for no other reason than for better pay and I was wondering who might move along first.

yeah, kudos to the behind the scenes staff. They already work for the best show, why leave, unless it was to pursue other jobs outside radio.

First , I have to admit that was some classic radio. Cannot deny that. Danny walking in and giving him tape in the Bee keeper outfit was pure genious. However, what 'list' are you saying that Erik should not be on? Are you saying that he should not be on the 'Strike out on their own' list? Well you're damn right he won't be on that list. First off, look up his resume. O&A was not the first dance on his card. Secondly, Erik is a bit more loyal than to think of O&A as a diving board into a shallow pool.
